Hello everyone,
I'm researching a THOMAS ULICK BURKE who came to Australia mid 1850's, father given as THOMAS JOHN BURKE from Marble Hill Galway, Thomas Ulick was stated as been born Normandy France, and his father had something to do with Lancers.
Louisa Blake also from a well to do family her father being Sir Thomas Edward Blake from Menlo Castle married Thomas Ulick in Victoria Australia. Does anyone have any background information on these two families as I'm very new to the Irish genealogy. Hope someone can give me some direction in researching these two families.
